I had an amazing experience moving into The Crossing at Riverwalk! From the very beginning, the application and move-in process was smooth and stress-free. Madison, Riley, and Jeneece were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions along the way. Riley, in particular, made me feel so welcomed and ensured I had all the information I needed during my application walkthrough. When I moved in, I encountered a minor issue, but the maintenance team responded immediately and had it resolved in no time. The apartments are spacious, featuring beautiful hardwood floors and a balcony perfect for enjoying the stunning Florida sunsets. I’m lucky to have one of the best views of golden hour each night! Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

I have been living here for a little over 4 months now. It is so far the best apartment building I have lived in. The management are super nice and professional. Maintenance are also super nice and quick in addressing any requests or any issues. I really enjoy the little events that they organize and the numerous food trucks that we get from time to time. The apartment itself is very big with beautiful lights and interior as well as a gorgeous exterior. With a thoughtful furniture, it can easily look super luxurious. All the residents here are really friendly. The building has plenty of parking with numerous extra parking spaces everywhere. The building is also surrounded by a lot of beautiful nature which is breathtaking to watch especially at sunrise. The building also has a really nice trail going through beautiful trees and flowers then ending with a little pier over the river which is a breathtaking short walk especially around sunset. Although I do have a lot of positive things to say about The Crossings, I have to say that my favorite part of the day is stopping by the office after a long day of work to get a cup of their very delicious coffee while getting a warm welcome by the super friendly management team.

We moved into our brand new 2 bedroom apartment last month from out of this state. Janeece, Sophie, and Shaun made our new move so easy. They’re so friendly and have answered all of our questions and took care of a couple issues we had so quickly. I love our new place here. The location is so ideal. It’s not very crowded or commercialized yet it’s 10 miles from the beaches and close enough to every where else in the Destin or Panama city area. I’m so happy that we found this apartment complex. It really feels like home for us.

We have been living here for 3 months now and from day 1 of meeting Madison and Jeneece, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail and making sure that everyone is treated with respect and courtesy. Every time we come into the office they greet you with a great smile and personal touch. They know our names, the kids names and make a point to ask how our day is going. Madison is always so friendly and outgoing. Always on top of what’s going on in the community and Jeneece monthly activities makes this feel truly like home. The apartment buildings and maintenance guys do a great job in responding quickly to request.

My family has enjoyed being a part of the community here at The Crossings at Riverwalk. The ladies in the office always have something planned: yappy hour for dogs, paint nights, sunrise yoga on the dock, food trucks, holiday contests, giveaways, and more! The property and apartments are clean and well maintained and the maintenance team goes above and beyond to take care of any requests in a timely manner. With courtesy officers on the property, I always feel safe to go for a run or walk my dogs. The amenities offered here are top of the line with the gym being 24/7, the pool has an area to hang out with a fireplace, yard games and grills, and an Internet cafe with a full kitchen and complimentary coffee (the best place for WFH people to get a change of scenery).
