What types of units are available?

We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes. Each layout is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and functionality.

What is included in my rent?

Rent includes water, trash, pest control, and access to all of our community amenities—like the fitness center, pool, and resident café.

What utilities are not included in rent?

Residents are responsible for their own electricity, internet, and cable. These services are set up and billed individually.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment with a maximum weight limit of 80 lbs. Pets over 50 lbs must live in a first-floor unit. There’s a one-time non-refundable fee of $400 for the first pet and $200 for the second, plus $25/month per pet. Breed restrictions apply, and proof of vaccinations is required. Contact us if you have questions regarding your own pet.

Do you have reserved parking?

No reserved spaces are required. Residents receive a parking pass and enjoy free surface parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I apply?

You can apply online or stop by our office in person. There’s a $75 application fee per person due at the time of applying.

What hours are you open?

Our clubhouse is open Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday by appointment only.

How can I pay rent?

Rent can be paid securely online through your resident portal, making it easy to manage your payments from anywhere.

Do you offer short-term leases?

Yes, we offer 3, 6, and 9-month lease options on select units. These include an additional monthly charge. Please contact the office for availability and details.

What school district are you located in?

The Crossings at Riverwalk is located in the Walton County School District, offering access to highly rated local schools—all just minutes away.
